Our smallest machine is 240 tons and our largest is 2,000 tons.

How much do molds cost?

It’s difficult to estimate the tooling cost for a project. We don’t charge anything to review your part design. Contact us, and we’ll get right back to you.

Are you ISO-registered?

We are ISO 9001-2015 certified. Read more here or contact us to learn about our quality system.

What is your minimum order quantity?

We are capable of short-run and long-run orders. We have experience with short run, high mix and long run low mix orders.

What is your standard lead-time for parts?

Lead-times vary on capacity. UPM purposely has several machines in each size category. From our small machines up to our 2,000-ton presses, we have more than one machine to complete your orders.

Do you prorate or finance tooling?

We don’t offer capital financing for tooling.

What are your hourly rates?

UPM doesn’t quote by hourly rate. Every project has several factors to consider when calculating pricing. Contact us for a free estimate. We strive to be open and honest and to work hard to be competitively priced.

Do you do packaging and fulfillment in-house?

We have full 3PL services, including packaging and fulfillment. Read more on our Logistics here.

Can you make my product from 100% recycled material?

Yes. UPM is one of the largest consumers of recycled and reprocessed material.

Can you make me a prototype part?

Yes. We work with several rapid prototyping companies. We can help you work with a reputable prototyping house and assist you with the design process to get your product to market quickly.

What CAD files can you open?

Our preference is STEP format.
