UPM houses its own tool room to repair and maintain all of the molds. Our real-time ERP system tracks shots taken by each mold to establish regular preventative maintenance intervals. Our new mold build and design processes are integrated into our ISO 9001 quality management system. We utilize the design input, design review, manufacturability review, and design outputs in a manner to ensure early time to market with the fewest possible delays.
