UPM houses it's own tool room to repair and maintain all of the molds. Our real-time ERP system tracks shots taken by each mold to establish regular preventative maintenance intervals. Our new mold build and design processes are integrated into our TS/ISO 16949 quality management system. We utilize the design input, design review, manufacturability review, and design outputs in a manner to ensure early time to market with the fewest possible delays.
